This is Mercedes repairer must have diagnostic tool, in 3rd picture is the interface namely "SD Connect" it connect to OBD port and communicate with your "Compact 4" thru wire or wireless.
This diagnostic tool using window XP to run Mercedes in house softwares, it's contain "WIS",
