Audi S4 milky water

Audi S4 owner complaining keep top up coolant then we proceed for pressure test and found pressure & coolant keep dropping and couldn't find any water leakage, this is a bad sign....You might ask where is all the coolant gone?

This product been around for few years, It is for VW/Audi/Skoda and Seat, their software layer similar as VAS. let's look at the structure, on the left it build with one joystick and two buttons, joystick is to control up, down, left, right. Green button is for "enter", yellow is "back" button and it come with touch screen. 

How to check your engine oil level in AUDI Q5

1) Switch on ignition (MMI logo will show on screen)

2) Tap on "CAR" button, a list will display

3) Using knob to select oil level (you need to wait approximately 5minute to get the indication.)

Car came in because of owner topping up 4lt of engine oil which caused 8lt engine oil in total.
customer was mislead with the engine oil level indicator showed in MMI.

The correct way to top up engine oil is 1lt each time and wait a reasonably time for the MMI to reflect correct engine oil level.

Top up too much engine oil will resulted engine head float with oil, usually come together with misfire or engine stall (due to spark plug soak with oil). If have the chance start the engine then exhaust for sure will accompany with white color fume.

Replace Audi Mechatronic

Owner complained reverse gear and 2nd gear abnormal during cruising, go thru diagnosed and found mechatronic actuator have malfunction, therefore proceed replace a new mechatronic.

During processing ensure mechatronic are hook on four catch at transmission (refer to 2nd pic) and adjust your gear actuators to exact dimension, that is 28mm or 32mm depend on mechatronic identification once you adjust the correct dimension it will be easy to hook it.

VAS5054A and VAS

VAS5054 arrived and ready to use but before that you need to install VAS to move on. 

Below are the software look like, it can support VW, Audi, Skoda Bentley and a minor feature of Lamborghini. If you have valid account then you can access dealer network to program immobilizer, basic setting for mechatronic and some exclusive feature.
