Replace Audi Mechatronic

Owner complained reverse gear and 2nd gear abnormal during cruising, go thru diagnosed and found mechatronic actuator have malfunction, therefore proceed replace a new mechatronic.

During processing ensure mechatronic are hook on four catch at transmission (refer to 2nd pic) and adjust your gear actuators to exact dimension, that is 28mm or 32mm depend on mechatronic identification once you adjust the correct dimension it will be easy to hook it.

After install the mechatronic refill with correct amount of AT fluid, and get ready your ODIS to have your immobilizer pairing, next go for your basic setting that is "gear calibration, travel sensor calibration, clutch kiss point and reset parameter adaptation". and you are ready to test drive.
