Mercedes W221 FRONT SAM BURNED

W221 was tow to workshop because couldn't crank, battery condition was fully charged but i had hesitate to check on starter and fuel pump because i smell a rat, a strong burning smell came from driver seat footwell, straightly i sense that is electronic component was burned and resulted vehicle to be towed.


Therefore i proceed to check front SAM and burned smell are more stronger then before, dismantle front SAM and -<^O^>-............! check it out the pic i attached, and we got pin bend, plastic casing & wire melted.

Well it is because water drainage below SAM blocked, water submerge part of the component and burn a hole of your wallet, bye $$$.
